I told Joe that the new letter provided by Greg Patrick at TVFP was acceptable. That the building would be OK for Class III commodities but not Class IV commodities. I also reminded him that the letter indicated that all flammable liquids would be in cabinets. The cabinets would be required to be on site prior to the inspection per Troy Cobbley request.

The only outstanding item before permit can be issued is obtaining a new cwertificate of occupancy for the new tenant. Need to determine if any changes made which would then be a tenant improvement app and plans for work to be done or if no change than a completed application to establish a certificate of occupancy with an existing floor plan layour and room use is needed to prepare a permit to determine requirements for issuing a new C.O.
