NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered. This building was originally built in 1981 under Ada County’s jurisdiction; it was later annexed by the City in 1999. Received a telephone call from the contractor Dell. He was inquiring about parking and signage for accessibility. I informed him this was a fire damage permit and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. A new permit is required for occupancy once a tenant is ready to occupy the building because no prior occupancy permit was available. A review for accessible parking and signage would be done at that time. SRZ

Called the architect, Oscar and informed him about the telephone call with the contractor inquiring about accessible parking and signage. I explained a new permit for occupancy is still required and would be routed to Planning and Zoning for parking requirements. When the new permit is submitted a review for accessible signage would be part of the review at that time also. No tenant information was available from the owner. This permit was only to repair fire damage. The architect said he would pass the information onto his client Mr. Nyborg.
