Portion of building to be demolished formerly occupied by a Vietnamese restaurant and a tattoo parlor. Work to include: Demo concrete slab, non-bearing walls, columns, structural beams, roof assembly, ceiling, plumbing, electrical, HVAC system, and all miscelanous debris; Install temporary shoring of the existing structure per engineering; Drain and remove underground grease interceptor and associated waste and vent pipping; and all other demo work per the approved plans, Engineering, and structural inspectors approval. NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered. NOTE: An Upgrade Agreement exists on file that can be referenced under permit BLD09-02299 to fully fire sprinkler this building. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. **SRZ** 7/22/11 - The original building consisted of approximately 20,500 square feet and was required to be fully fire sprinklered per the Fire Department upgrade agreement on file. The remaining 13,300 square feet of this building is still required to be fire sprinklered in accordance with the terms of the original upgrade agreement on file. *SJA*
