Summit Church - New Covered Entry and Outdoor Plaza - To construct a new 450 square foot, one story, wood framed entry roof cover at the east side of the existing lobby. To install two new 60x610 glass entry doors at the east exterior wall of the lobby. To construct a new 475 square foot, elevated outdoor plaza and stairs. To install a new 60x610 exterior egress door from the south exit stair enclosure and to install approximately 48 lineal feet of new 5 foot wide concrete sidewalk from the new egress door to the existing sidewalk. The new covered entry is an addition to the sprinklered portion of this church building and will be fire sprinkled. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM

The Fire Marshal has agreed to allow the issuance of the current building permit under the understanding that the building owner(s) agree that no further building permits will be issued until the building is fully fire sprinklered; or the required minimum fire flow for this building meets the minimum amount required by the 2009 IFC.
