Matt,
Moving the drinking fountains should be fine. It is desirable (but not required) to have them in the common area because they are then available to more people. Since it is the ALPHA project that "triggered" the requirement for drinking fountains they are allowed to be located in the ALPHA tenant space. A copy of this E-mail should be sufficient to give to the Inspectors to show that it is OK. Thanks.
