(THE PASTA MARKET) NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered. Remodel to a 1,147 sq. ft. space for a retail pasta market with storage per approved plans. Work to include: minor demolition and framing in of an existing interior door; installation of a Type 1 commercial exhaust grease hood for new kitchen equipment; provide new accessible hardware throughout and grab bars in the existing restroom; provide new exit signs and emergency illumination; plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; and all other work per the approved plans. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space. This building was originally constructed in Ada County and later annexed into the City of Boise. The existing envelope is not being affected by this permit. **SRZ**
