Work to include: installation of interior partition walls to create four offices out of two offices, a copy room, and a small conference room, new light switching, installation of new doors / accessible hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
