Micron Building #80 (C14975) - Remodel 108L and 108M for Inspection Tool Bay - To remove walls in Rooms 108M and 108L to make room for inspection tool bay. Build in new air return on the east wall and modify the air return on the north wall. Reconfigure the mechanical air return system to accommodate the larger room configuration. To add new floor tile and HEPA filters at the area where the walls were located. This permit also includes related electrical and mechanical work. This work is being done on the first floor of Building #80, between grid lines G & H and 3 & 4. All construction per the approved plans. JCM
