Work is to include constructing an interior nonbearing wall, upgrading two toilet rooms to be accessible to the disabled, upgrading an existing ramp to be accessible to the disabled, installing a new exterior landing and stairway at an exterior door, and upgrading a van accessible parking space to be accessible to the disabled.
