All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. Interior Demo permit was done under BLD11-00611. An early start/partial permit was done under BLD11-01252. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space. This inspection was for the east side remodeled area only. The two exit discharge lights need to be repaired. Also a fire alarm sytem is shown to be installed but has not been. It appears to be only there to monitor the duct smoke detectors. I told the contractor that the remote annunciators as installed are ok if the fire alarm panel is installed. If it is not installed then the correct remote annunciators need to be installed. The duct smoke detectors will need to be tested when a decision has been made.
