The south west space will be 3,868 square feet and the restroom core area will be 746 square feet. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of new interior non-bearing walls to create: a workroom / office, a janitors / electrical room, separate sex accessible bathrooms, and an exit corridor] installation of new accessible doors / hardware, new plumbing, new opening for exterior door in the existing CMU wall, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. This is a Vanilla Finish permit and will require an additional TI before occupancy is allowed.
