Met with Randy about this project at the front counter. He explained his situation with the adjacent property owner and his in-ability to begin the construction as defined under this permit. He stated he considered the building to be in an unsafe condition that needed fixed promptly but, because of a civil matter could not begin the work. I set up a conference inspection with the structural inspector Tom Arcoraci and let Randy know I would contact him once the inspection was completed.
