(OH’SO NAIL SALON – Towne Square Station – Bldg “B” - Ste #190) Permit to construct a new 1,622 square foot B nail salon in an existing 19,285 square foot shell building approved for B’s and M’s. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase and nonseparated uses. Scope of work includes: {installation of new non bearing interior partition walls creating two accessible to the disabled restrooms, a shampoo area, a tanning room, a break room, a mechanical room, and the main floor area}, installation of an accessible sales and service counter, installation of new plumbing, installation of new lighting, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, and interior finishes per Ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
