(**VANILLA FINISH** – Library Plaza) Permit is to split an existing 11,400 square foot into three tenant spaces and a core restroom area. The north west space will be 2,935 square feet. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of new interior non-bearing walls to create this tenant space and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. This is a Vanilla Finish permit and will require an additional TI before occupancy is allowed.
