received vm from Daniel he is going to get letter from ACHD and bring in that with sign off card to get occupancy. I called him back and left vm that would be ok to get occupancy, but also want to know who was GC because Eric w/J & L LLC said he had nothing to do with this project and doesn't know who Nathan Gorringe is which signed the Idaho GC form at the time the permit was issued.

called Daniel and told him still need to bring in inspection card to get certificate of occupancy. He said will talk to the owner and call me back. I also told him ACHD papers not on record from initial issuance of permit so need to have approval letter from ACHD to show if impact fees and if needed inspetion. If fees due we need receipt and they need to sign inspection card if required.
