This project is for the repair of fire damage to a rear deck area of an existing single family dwelling. the project is also to include the enclosure of the rear entry area from the deck to the kitchen, removing the door and framing in a 30-50 window in the new exterior wall. there will be approx 40s.f. of new conditioned asrea.
