Work to include: Selective demolition work per plans; cold-formed metal framing; acoustical panel ceiling system; building insulation; penetration firestopping; joint sealants; hollow metal frames; new doors and associated hardware; gypsum board and related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; resilient base and accessories; new flooring; fire sprinkler/alarm systems, controls, voice and data communication system work; electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all applicable codes. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for an I-2 Occupancy and as a high-rise building. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. SRZ
