THE ORIGINAL 1 FT.; ADDITION OF A CONCRETE FOOTING FOR THE BASE CONNECTION OF THE EXTERIOR STUDS; MODIFICATIONS TO THE CONNECTIONS AT THE HSS GIRT; THE ADDITION OF DIAGONAL KICKERS BEHIND THE EXTERIOR LIGHT GAGE FRAMING; AND ADDITIONAL FRAMING DETAILS FOR THE CORNER RETURN CONDITION AT THE PARAPET LEVEL. ALL MODIFICATIONS PER THE ENGINEERED STRUCTURAL CALCULATIONS AND SKETCHES DATED 12/29/11. - SRZ** To complete an exterior renovation along with additional site work and parking lot improvements per plans. Work to include: New stucco exterior finishes; install new aluminum frame storefront window and entry systems; install a new aluminum frame curtain wall at entry; and all other work per the approved plans, engineering, and the attached plan review report. This building is fully fire sprinkered. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. There is no Occupancy allowed under this permit. A separate tenant improvement permit is required to finish this building for occupancy. No new lighting or mechanical work is proposed or allowed under this permit. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred.
