Work to include: New stucco exterior finishes; install new aluminum frame storefront window and entry systems; install a new aluminum frame curtain wall at entry; and all other work per the approved plans, engineering, and the attached plan review report. This building is fully fire sprinkered. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. There is no Occupancy allowed under this permit. A separate tenant improvement permit is required to finish this building for occupancy. No new lighting or mechanical work is proposed or allowed under this permit. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred.
