See BLD11-01985 for 1st relocatable. There are no plumbing facilities in this unit. An existing accessible route from this relocated unit to the existing Multi-Purpose Building will provide access to existing restrooms facilities for students and staff. All work per the approved plans, Engineering, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved. The occupant load for this building is 95 and shall be posted in a conspicuous place per IBC section 1004.3. SRZ
