(CITY OF BOISE PUBLIC WORKS) UV Disinfection Facility Addition (Foundation Only) To construct the concrete foundation and lower mechanical and plumbing for a 1,860 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building addition to an existing 6,900 sq. ft. UV disinfection facility building per approved plans. New building total square footage will be 8,760 sq. ft. Work under this permit shall not proceed beyond the pour of the foundation until final approval of plans and issuance of the full building permit. That permit has not yet been applied for. As owner or designated agent, I acknowledge that I am performing this work at my own risk without assurance that the permit for the entire building structure will be granted, and I agree to make any modifications to the early foundation work performed as may be required to comply with the City Codes and the final approved building plans and conditions. All per engineered plans on file. NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered.
