This structure is located in WUI zone A and requires a class A fire-rated roofing material, noncombustible siding products and one hour fire rated soffits with no openings. A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
