THE WOMEN’S RESTROOM WILL HAVE ONLY ONE BASIN, THE BACK BAR AREA WILL HAVE A 2 COMPARTMENT SINK, THE BACK BAR AREA WILL NOT HAVE A HAND SINK, AND THERE WILL BE NO GREASE TRAP. THIS TENANT WILL SERVE COFFEE, ESPRESSO, SOFT DRINKS AND MICRO-BREWED BEER. IT WILL NOT SERVE FOOD. IT WILL ALSO BE USED FOR POETRY READINGS, MUSICAL PERFORMANCES, CLUB MEETINGS, BIRTHDAY PARTIES, ETC.) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To convert an existing 3,106 square foot tenant space into a tavern. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, and 2-hr fire barrier walls. This tenant space will be within its own fire area having a floor area less than 5,000 square feet and an occupant load less than 100 and therefore eliminating the requirement for a fire sprinkler system. 3) For the Public Works Department, provide a menu of the food that will be served
4) Provide revised Sheets M1.1 and P1.0 that match the revised architectural drawings. Make sure that you give the new sheets the exact name as the former sheets so they come in as a version. The revised sheets must be stamped and signed by a Mechanical Engineer.

After these items have been uploaded, the plan modification can be reconsiderd.
