(GATEWAY ELEMENTARY CENTER – Parent Room Remodel) Permit is to remodel an existing 500 square foot office area inside a 33,928 square foot elementary school to become two smaller “B” occupancy rooms. One room will be a 288 square foot parent room and the other will be a 206 square foot printer room. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of a new 13 ft. long 2 X 4 interior partition wall, installation of new door hardware if needed for accessibility upgrade, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
