Description	(COSTA VIDA) Remodel for a new 3,060 sq. ft. assembly tenant space within an existing 10,512 square foot building per approved plans. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. This building has a 3 hour fire-resistive floor system for separation from the underground enclosed parking garage per the 1985 UBC, allowing this building to be considered as a stand alone structure for area and height. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
