Meeting room area exceeds 750 square feet. Applicant stated he removed a partition wall that would have made the area compliant. Options were discussed to put back the wall or get an architect to submit a major ti to address the area as an assembly space. I also informed the applicant that this requires ACHD approval and emailed him the comments on the CUP from ACHD for his records. He indicated he never recieved them. TLW
