(CANYON RIDGE CHURCH - INTERMEDIATE CHILD CARE CENTER) Church is acting as GC--To share a 1,152 sq. ft. area of the Canyon Ridge Church, created under BLD11-00340, used as classrooms for worship services, for use as a new intermediate a new child care center area when not used as classroom for worship services, in an existing 5,514 sq. ft. assembly church space within an existing building. The approved usable daycare area does not include use of the worship seating area or the second level mezzanine. Work to include installation of a movable desk and gate at the defined limit of the daycare area from the worship areas from the janitors closet wall to the worship area wall per plans. Change door hardware to doors 107, 108 and 109 as necessary to allow emergency unlocking by staff from the access side and to be openable from the egress side without a key or special knowledge or effort; install smoke detectors/alarms. Accessibility requirements, other exit doors and hardware, emergency illumination and exit signage, drinking fountains and safety galzing were addressed as part of BLD11-00340 when tenant space for church was created.NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area and story increase. The maximum occupant load of the daycare area is 20 children from 2-1/2 yrs of age and older with 3 teachers per CUP11-00056. drs
