Work to include select interior demolition; construction of new 29.5 ft. by full height wall to separate tenant spaces; construct interior nopn-bearing walls to create reception area, conference / small meeting / break / mail / storage / telecom / private office rooms; S.A.T. ceiling grid, bracing, new /relocated luminaries and mechanical fixtures; interior cabinetry, floor and wall finishes; interior access/egress doors, frames and hardware; modifications to electrical, plumbing, mechanical, sprinkler & alarm systems. Redline notes on approved plans and all attached plan review comments of all reviewing agencies are part of the approved plans requiring compliance.
