This project is for the completion of an existing unfinished basement of a single family dwelling. the project will include select knee and full height wood framed walls to separate from the existing crawlspace areas including plaster / concrete bench around a portion of the perimeter. There will be a new sewage sump pump and a new bathroom / with a washer and dryer. The water heater will be relocated also. R-1CH ok per Colleen Carroll.
