To repair an existing 150+/- square foot front porch attached to an existing multi family dwelling. Work to include: Temporally support porch roof cover; remove existing porch decking, side walls, floor framing, and columns; place engineered footings; install new 4X4 pressure treated post and 4X6 continuous beam; install 2X6 floor joists w/ T&G decking; install 2X6 porch walls w/ solid sheathing; install interior and exterior siding to resemble removed material w/ 2X8 top cap; reinstall columns; provide new concrete steps and a new landing; and install new handrail. All work to comply with the approved plans, engineering, attached plan review report, and the structural inspectors final approvals. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. **SRZ**
