As owner or designated agent, I acknowledge that I am performing this work at my own risk without assurance that the permit for the entire building structure will be granted, and I agree to make any modifications to the early foundation work performed as may be required to comply with the City Codes and the final approved building plans and conditions. After review of the subimitted construction documents for the permit application for the new porposed Public Works Post-Aeration Building (Foundation Only), there are a couple of items that need to be addressed before the application can be accepted.
1. It appears that the electronic application form will only allow me to see the first four lines of the Description of the Scope of Work. The current description that I can read is unclear. Please revise the description to clearly indicate the proposed scope of work to be done under the requested permit (please just use the first four lines).
2. Please submit a site plan that clearly indicates the access streets and shows the required fire department access roadway to the new proposed building.
3. Please resubmit the structural calculation, to just include the calculation for the Post-Aeration building.
4. Please resubmit Special Inspection Form #310, to just include the required special inspections for the Post-Aeration building.
5. Please revise the plans to delete reference to any building construction other than that proposed under this permit for the Post-Aeration building.
6. Please delete any plan sheets that are beyond the scope of the building foundation and underground utility work within the buildng envelope. If plumbing, mechanical or electrical sheets show additional work beyond the underground work, please add a note that these plans are for underground utility information only and all other work shown is for reference only.
