(YMCA DOWNTOWN - BASEMENT GROUP ACTIVITY ROOM) NOTE: this permit is to repermit the work done under BLD09-01251 and to add a wood floor. The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase. To alter an existing Exercise Room located in the basement of the Downtown YMCA. The two rooms created under BLD09-01251 will be combined again to have a 2,235 square foot room. Work is to include removal of a new interior wall and a door and install a new wood floor. In the basement, the existing 1-hr fire-resistance-rated corridor and the horizontal exit through an existing 2-hr fire-resistance-rated fire barrier wall are required to be maintained. This new basement Group Activity Room is NOT approved for use as a daycare. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **TLW**
