(TK BAR) (CUP11-00087) Fire sprinkler system used for story increase and for fire area. To remodel an existing 5,920 square foot building for a new bar tenant to be located on the 2,739 square foot 2nd story. The drinking area will be an A-2 Occupancy and will occupy an area formerly used as a vehicle show room. The floor of the drinking area is a concrete slab on grade. The existing Men’s restroom will be expanded to include a urinal. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, millwork, and finishes. Two recycling chutes will be provided between the 2nd story and the 1st story. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**

Project related fire sprinkler and alarm permits need finaled, noted missing hardware at the main entry/exit, need to mount fire extinguishers, post max. occupant load sign, missing ceiling tile, no access at some areas due to floor finishes underway.
