Work to include: construct new rated walls around two new focus rooms in the existing entrance lobby, construct new interior non-bearing walls to create two other focus rooms within the building, installation of new fire-rated doors and sidelights, installation of new non-rated doors, relocation of light fixtures, relocation of mechanical, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC.
