To demolish the existing concrete steps and a wood ramp and construct a new exterior concrete ramp and stairway in its place. The new ramp and stairway will serve the existing double leaf entry/exit doors that serve an existing 2,770 square foot church and will directly serve an assembly room having a floor area of about 1,363 square feet. Work is to include concrete stem walls, concrete slabs on grade, concrete ramp, concrete steps, steel handrails, and a steel curb. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This is a scope of work permit only.
