(SPA ESTETICA) Remodel changing occupancy converting an existing 2,280 sq. ft. residential building into a commercial day spa business per approved plans. Work to include: Demolition work per plans; addition of a new handrails at the existing entry stair location; addition of a new front entrance ramp, handrails, and guards per plans; remove and replace select doors to meet 32-inch clear opening requirements; alterations to the existing restroom to make fully accessible per the ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003; replace all existing door hardware per chapters 10 and 11 of the 2009 IBC; install a new service sink; provide tempered safety glazing at hazardous glazing locations; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; exterior site work and plumbing work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, engineering, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered. No nail work is allowed in this space. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space. **SRZ** Planning approvals under DRH11-00227, CAR11-00009, and CVA11-00047.
