This building has two rooms, a 955 sq. ft., H-4 Occupancy, storage room with two 4,700 gallon NaOH storage tanks within a 576 sq. ft. containment area. The second room is a 1,045 sq. ft., F-1 Occupancy, equipment blower room. These rooms are being separated by a one-hour fire-resistive masonry fire barrier wall. This building will be fully fire sprinklered. The Post-Aeration Building foundation permit (BLD12-00081) has been submitted and approved.
