To demo and install footings and foundation for a 2,405 sq. ft., two story office expansion at the north side of the existing eastern hangar. To demo and install footings and foundation for a 3,4755 sq. ft., two story office expansion at the south side of the existing western hangar. To pour column foundations for a new entry Porte-Cochere at the north terminal entry. This permit also includes related site improvements. Work under this permit shall not proceed beyond the pour of the foundation until final approval of plans and issuance of the full building permit. As owner or designated agent, I acknowledge that I am performing this work at my own risk without assurance that the permit for the entire building structure will be granted, and I agree to make any modifications to the early foundation work performed as may be required to comply with the City Codes and the final approved building plans and conditions.
