Description	(CHINA BLUE - 2ND STORY SMOKING DECK) The fire sprinkler system is used for fire area and for story increase. To construct a 410 square foot smoking deck above the roof of an existing building. The deck will not be covered. This building has a 2 story portion and a 1 story portion. The deck will be constructed above the 1 story portion and will be elevated about 35 inches above the floor surface of the existing 2nd story. Access to the deck will be from the existing 2nd story. Work is to include LVL wood beams, wood joists, “Trexdeck” decking, guards, handrails, etc. Special Inspection is required for epoxy anchors. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. CJW
