This project is for the construction of a new single level deck area to surround an existing portable pool / spa set on a a concrete slab. The deck will have guards per code requirements. Separate electrical permit is required and bonding of all metal parts is required to be approved by the electrical division prior to approval for placement of any concrete by the structural division. The deck marerials on this project are to meet boise city WUI requirements. A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
