(SARMC – South Tower – MRI Clinic) Permit is to remodel the existing CT Scan 3 room by installing a new scanner, a new rated chase to new roof top mechanical, and by installing a door into the existing equipment room. Work includes: construction of new interior non-bearing walls to create a rated shaft, install new foundation for new equipment, install new roof top mechanical, install door / accessible hardware, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
