(ADA COUNTY COURTHOUSE – Break Room Area Remodel – 1st FLOOR – SW Exit Passageway) This building is fully fire sprinklered for floor level above 55 feet. To remodel an existing 638 square foot break room located on the first floor of the Ada County Courthouse Building. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached specifications. Work includes: construction of new interior non-bearing walls to create a hallway off of an existing exit passageway, installation of new windows in existing break room, installation of new solar tube lights, relamping break room to comply with day lighting requirements, installation of new rated alcove in exit passageway, installation of new rated door assembly, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
