THE NEW AREA IS AN OCCUPANCY USE CHANGE FROM A "B" OCCUPANCY TO AN "S1" OCCUPANCY. THE NEW STORAGE AREA WILL HAVE ITS OWN EXIT AND ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM, ALL PER MODIFIED PLAN. ALL RED-LINE COMMENTS AND ALL AGENCY PLAN REVIEWS ARE STILL APPLICABLE FOR ORIGINAL PLANS AND THIS EXPANSION. NEW TOTAL FLOOR AREA IS 4,141 SQ. FT. Remodel of existing 2,946 sq. ft. tenant space for retail sales and manufacturing of floral arrangements and related work areas. Work includes select interior demolition; add structural beam and columns; construction of new walls to create display/sales area, work areas, break room, offices and two new fully accessible restrooms; shipping / receiving room and three coolers. Accessible hi-lo drinking fountain and service sink being installed.
