Provide single action hardware on the pump room doors and provide annual inspections for all of the fire extinguishers. Front door meets requirements for locking hardware though panic is shown. The rear combustible ramp is under 4' in width so it meets the non-sprinkler exception. Exit signs and emergency lights functioned correctly.

Spoke with Ammon Covino and asked him to call Bill Vandegrift the Plumbing Mechanical Inspector concerning his required plumbing plan submittals for this tenant Improvment. Also asked him to call Walt Baumgartner with the Sewer Enviromental Department. I sent him a ESC Plan Waiver Request template and let him know the ESC department is requiring a ESC permit for identified work going on at the site.
