(T-Mobile) To remodel a 1,960 square foot existing retail tenant space that was created under BLD. Plans are approved contingent on adhering to all redlines and notations made on plans. Work is to include: construction of new walls to define an office area in the back of the space, installation of a new accessible counter, installation of owner supplied equipment, installation of new accessible doors/hardware, new lighting, and new finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. The last prescreen it was indicated that you will need to seperate the form # 304 and # 306 then upload them individually as required in the upload submittal standards. Also I have indicated that ESC is not required; therefore, you may eliminate the application and waiver letter. Additionally the lighting compliance com-check shows that it has failed. Please revise sheets to include a compliant Lighting Com-Check for review. Thanks and call with any questions. TLW
