(**VANILLA FINISH**) To remodel a 22,500 square foot tenant space that was last occupied under BLD99-00711 by dividing the space in half to create two tenant spaces. This space with be 11,250 square feet of office / warehouse; the left over adjacent space will be 11,250 and occupied under BLD12-0928 by “Andy’s Supply”. Work is to include: construction of a tenant demising wall, construction of new walls to define an office area and a reception area, installation of a new lighting, installation of new plumbing, installation of new mechanical system, installation of new accessible doors/hardware, a new exterior ramp, new entry way, new exterior glazing, and new interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **NOTE** this permit does not establish occupancy, an additional permit is required to occupy this space.
