Plans do not reference the Use of 2 Wier Tanks from Pretreatment Prior to discharging into the ACHD"s MS4 system. Also, Strata added 2 additional well points to discharge. The city and ACHD does not believe the MS4 will handle that amount of volume being discharged into the MS4.
