(**SHELL & CORE** - Library Plaza – Finalize Upgrade Agreement) Permit is to finish an existing upgrade agreement by covering all kraft face insulation with approved FSK to reduce flame spread and smoke development. Work to include: installation of new FSK covering over the existing kraft face insulation and secure insulation in order to prevent the insulation from sagging and covering the sprinkler heads. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire department. **TLW**

Inspection was actually for a conference. I met Jim Sly at the project site as well as the insulator contractor and discussed what jim and I would be looking for on our inspections. This included sprinkler obstructions. Work is being started in the Windmill book store.
