NOTE: the corridor was downgraded with letter from sprinkler contractor. This space has never been occupied before. Work is to include: [construction of interior non-combustible nonbearing walls to create 7 office, a break room, a copy room, and a reception /waiting room], installation of new doors and accessible hardware, installation of new floor finishes, new lighting and switching, relocate existing duct work, new break room sink, and new accessible service counter, interior finishes, and installation of suspended ceilings; all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
