Work is to include: construction of new walls to define four new offices from existing open office area, installation of new accessible doors/hardware, new light switching, relocating existing mechanical, and interior finishes. NOTE – All new walls will need braced every 4 to 6 feet to resist 5 psf lateral live load. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
