This remodel project of an existing duplex is to include the infill of the existing rear door (R-13 minimum insulation) to the upper unit, install new windows (U.35 max) and modify the window wells to the lower unit. The project will include the installation of new guard and stair rails as necessary. New through the wall heat / cooling unit for the upper level dwelling. R-2 ok per Colleen Carroll. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
